About Nabedana – Kanzaki Brewery
Nabedana/Kanzaki Brewery is a long-established brewery founded in 1689, and began brewing sake in front of Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. Currently, we have a brewery in Kanzaki-cho, Katori-gun, Chiba, and we brew all brands such as “Jinyu” and “Fudo” by hand by our own staff. We carry out all processes in-house, from making steamed rice and koji to storage and bottling, and use traditional techniques and careful quality control to produce sake loved by many people.
